Willis Avenue Bridge Departs Port of Coeymans marine Terminal

The Willis Avenue Bridge departed the Port of Coeymans Marine Terminal at 5:27AM, this morning, July 13,2010. The bridge, which is being transported via barge to New York city is being escorted by the US Coast Guard. The Captain of the lead tug boat reported that he anticipates traveling at a rate of 4 to 7 MPH.
